In this Eco-Leadership webinar, Steven D’Souza invites us to explore disruption and change, focusing on its potential for driving personal, organisational, and societal growth. Steven invites us to look deep within ourselves create a new identity, find meaning, purpose and discover new answers to how we really want to live and lead.
The Agenda
In the first half of the webinar, Steven will deliver the main seminar.
In the second half, we'll move into a reflection-application session:
- 'Composting': experienced peers work the material in small groups to sprout new ideas;
- 'Weaving': attendees gather to collectively reflect and question, weaving our experiences together;
- Discuss how we will apply learnings to our personal practice in Reflection Application Pairs (RAPs).
The Speaker
Steven D’Souza is an executive educator, coach, and keynote speaker. He has authored/ co-authored five books: Made in Britain, Brilliant Networking, Not Knowing which won the CMI Management Book of the Year in the UK, Not Doing and Not Being. Steven has been recognized by Thinkers50 on its RADAR list and was included in HR Magazine’s ‘Most Influential’ list. His work has been featured in national and international media, including Harvard Business Review, Bloomberg, The Independent, The Guardian, and The Sunday Times.
